Average mini supermarket. One of the few highlights it has going on is the quality of the meat in its butcher shop, and quite a bit of a selection of imports. Other than that, this mini supermarket has been around for as long as I can remember (>20 years).

They also have fresh seasonal produce. There is usually a name brand box of cereal priced to take home with you. My personal favorite thing to buy is a single serving of delicious ice cream available in a wide variety of flavors at really low price. Try it, you will like it!
